Terms of Service Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the AI chatbot services provided by 1CS ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions

• "1CS": Refers to the company providing the AI chatbot Services.
• "Services": Refers to the AI chatbot services provided by 1CS.
• "Customer": Refers to the individual or entity subscribing to and using the Services.
• "User Information": Refers to information provided by Customers to access the Service, including names, email addresses, and business details.
• "User Submissions": Refers to any content, data, or materials submitted by Customers to the Services.
• "Third-Party Services": Refers to any products, services, or applications not owned or controlled by 1CS, which may interact with our Service.

2. Usage Terms

• Permitted Use: You may use the Services solely for your business purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws. Resale or distribution of the Services is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:Illegal Activities: Violating any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  Spam and Solicitation: Transmitting any advertising or promotional material.
  Impersonation: Impersonating 1CS, its employees, or other users.
  Harmful Content: Sharing content that is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.
  Service Interference: Interfering with the Service's functionality or other users' access.
  Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems.
  Prompt Injection: Injecting unauthorized prompts or content into the Services.
  
• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You are solely responsible for the responses generated by the AI and can adjust its behavior by modifying the instructions.

3. Third-Party Services

• Integration: The 1CS Services may interact with Third-Party Services at your discretion.
• Disclaimer: 1CS does not endorse any Third-Party Services and is not responsible for their use or integration. You are responsible for complying with any separate agreements with providers of Third-Party Services.

4. Fees and Payment

• Subscription Fees: Customers are required to pay subscription fees for access to and use of the Services. No free trials are offered.
• Payment Terms: Payment schedules and currency will be specified in the chosen pricing plan.
• No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: 1CS retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including underlying technology and content.
• User Submissions: You retain ownership of your User Submissions, but grant 1CS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display them solely to provide the Services.

6. Data Protection

• User Information: 1CS will collect and use User Information as necessary to provide the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the User Information provided.
• User Submissions: 1CS will protect User Submissions using appropriate security measures.
• Privacy Policy: 1CS's Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

• 1CS reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement.
• Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Exclusion of Damages: 1CS shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
• Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 1CS concerning the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
